Final Days

 After today there will only be 5 more days, we are in the final week. Times are tough, no food, countries going to war just for a drop of water, and sickness all over, these are the troubles we must go through everyday. There is little hope of anyone surviving the final day, because almost all of us will have already died in the few days before it. Some of the survivors say there is a place north of Springfield that is completely untouched by these fatal disasters. Tomorrow me and my family will embark on the great journey up north. 

Five Days Left

So far the results are very displeasing. Everywhere we go it's the same thing. "Nashville, Tennessee Population-13. Welcome to Columbus Ohio Population-7". My wife is starting to tell me there is no hope, but when she tells me things like that I just say "There is always light in the darkest of places." Even after I tell my wife this I still doubt that there is a place completely untouched.

Four Days Left

We've made it past Springfield, things are looking a bit better, because we are starting to see little patches of yellow grass. In the old world, it means nothing, but unfortunately things changed, things got worse, and everything died. It all started when the Russians took over all of Asia, Russia then decided to not only take over Asia, but the world.

Three Days Left

We're almost there, there is a major problem in this plan of ours, my daughter is getting sick and all of the cities out here are either abandoned or have no medical supplies. If this place is still untouched, there still might be hope that we can survive the final day.

48 Hours Left

It's all a lie. Everything people have told us, are all lies, this place is….. a nightmare. On the outside it looks perfect, but once you see what is done inside, you can't escape. The government is trying to discover a 'cure' for the Second Hydrogen Bomb. This 'Second Hydrogen Bomb' consist of hydrogen sulfide, which is actually made from the human body, but can only be 'detoxified' in small amounts, so the Russians train of thought was to figure out a faster way to 'detoxify' this poison in large quantities, then release the poison to all of the other countries.

39 Hours Left

Escape is not an option. They've taken us in and won't let us out. They already ran several test on my wife, and took my daughter and son away. It's just me alone in this small pure white room, no windows, no doors, I've waited hours, or days, or minutes, I don't know, I can't keep track of time in this place.

36 Hours Left

Time is running out, I can just tell, these "professors" are sweating like crazy, they know just as well as I do, the end is inevitable.

12 Hours Left

I'm the only one left, my wife and kids are dead. No Family. No Friends. No Hope. This is truly the end. Like many predicted, mankind literally destroyed itself. Russians say they have found the cure for the poison, but of course our government is too stubborn to negotiate with our enemies.

5 Minutes Left

If you are reading this, please tell everyone you know about it, tell them, do not make the same mistakes as we have done. If you are reading this, please build a peaceful world, not a ruthless world, do not let there be any wars, although man kind is a destructive being, prevent war as much as you can. In the final hours I have figured out the answer to life, it is-
